Sandbay - Kewstoke
Directions
- Sandbay is just outside Weston-Super-Mare near the toll road.
- Post Code: BS22 9UQ (This is for Sand Bay Tea Rooms, near the car park).
Car Parking
- There are at least three car parks along sand bay to park along, park near the main bus stop.
- Car parking is free, although can be busy and have big diverts.
Notable Information
- There are multiple dog poo bins available.
- Dogs are required to be on a lead when getting in and out of your vehicle, as you have to cross a busy road.
- Be aware of when there is high tide as there maybe no beach to walk on.
- Occasionally there are horses on the beach.
- Sand Bay Tea Rooms is just down from the car park where well behaved dogs are welcome.
Walk Outline
- This is by far the most walked area for dogs in North Somerset.
- Once over the road dogs can be let off the lead.
- This walk is not a circular walk it is a there and back again walk.
- Brunel and Dusty love this walk, they get to chase there balls, play in the sea and occasionally if they feel like it will play with some other dogs. Both are super friendly just ball focused.
