Car Parking
- Park is a little snug but there is plenty of parking available if everyone is considerate.
Notable Information
- There is at least a dog poo bin.
- Well behaved dogs are able to be straight off the lead but be cautious as there will be cars parking up.
- This is a wild swimming area, feel free to bring swim wear and have a swim with your pets.
- Horse rides frequent the area so please be mindful.
Walk Outline
- This is possibly the easiest walk around, you can follow one of the multiple well used paths.
- There is a huge lily-pad water for the brave to swim in both humans and dogs alike.
- You can also find small streams and little waterfalls and explore the paths around the large pool.
What Went Wrong
- As the title states, this walk did not go very well.
- Brunel whom we thought always loved the water and swimming was all a mirage as it turns out he likes to swim when he chooses too.
- On this occasion Brunel jumped into the pool thinking brilliant I will just go get my ball but on trying to get back out the water he found it a little difficult and he started to panic. Do not worry my readers, he had his collar on and we dragged him out.
- Brunel would not go near the water again and even when near the little stream he would not take a step forward.
